Use this activity to teach children how to cover a sneeze with a napkin.
Materials:
Paper plate
Wiggle eyes
Crayons
Construction paper
A tissue
Scissors
Stapler
Directions:
Have children decorate their paper plates and draw a nose and mouth on the plate.
Trace childs hand on construction paper and cut it out.

Using pictures of community helpers or visiting some, teach children about their career’s and why they are important. Encourage children to talk about experiences they have had with those community helpers. Here is a great site for patterns for children to make their own community Helpers.

Crayons or markers
Child’s clothes
Scissors
Have your child lay down on butcher papeer and trace their outline. The child then colours in the face, eyes, nose, ears, hair, what ever they are able to do on their own. You or the child can cut out the outline.
