Healthy Snacks For Kids

My two and three year old love this recipe!
Ingredients:

1 pkg frozen spinach
1/2 pkg cream cheese
1-1/2 cups cooked brown rice
Tortilla chips

Directions:

Cook spinach according to package directions.
Beat Cream cheese until smooth.
Stir rice, spinach and cream cheese together.
Serve with tortilla chips for scooping.
