Use toilet tissue rolls as stethoscopes. Have you and the children listen to each other’s heartbeats. Then have the children run or jump for a minute and then have the children listen to each other’s heartbeats again and notice the difference.

Set out buckets (5Q ice cream tubs work well) and using masking tape, make a line at a desired distance from the bucket and have children throw the bean bags into the buckets. You can also have them do other activities to throw the bean bag such as hop or skip to the line
